Refunds & Cancellations

How refunds work for Plag & AI submissions and store orders on PreConnect.

Overview

PreConnect processes digital services (Turnitin checks and software seats). Refunds focus on in-progress items and are usually returned to your PreConnect balance or the payment channel you used.

  • Requests are easiest while an item is still pending or processing.
  • Plag & AI refunds credit your PreConnect balance so you can submit again.
  • Store refunds are handled through the original payment (bKash/Nagad) or a balance credit when needed.

Plag & AI submissions

  • Eligible while status shows submitted, pending, processing, or needs info (before a report is delivered).
  • Use the Refund button in Your Submissions; deleting a queued file also returns the fee.
  • If a report was delivered but is corrupted or incomplete, contact support for a manual review.

Store orders

  • Cancel while an order is pending/confirmed by sharing your order code and transaction ID.
  • If access was never delivered or credentials do not work, we will fix or refund the order.
  • Digital seats are single-use; after delivery, reach out within 24 hours for issues.

How to request

In the app

  1. Go to Plag & AI → find your submission → select Refund while it is processing.
  2. For store orders, reply to the order update or contact support with your order code and transaction ID.
  3. Add a short reason (delay, duplicate payment, incorrect upload) to speed up approval.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the email/phone you used to pay, the transaction ID, and what you want refunded.

Processing and payouts

  • Automated Plag & AI refunds post to your PreConnect balance immediately after approval.
  • Manual cases (store orders or delivered reports under review) are usually handled within 24 hours.
  • Balance credits stay available for future submissions; ask support if you need an exception.
