All Enterprise Business Accounts are fully renewable. When you renew your subscription through our store, your existing account will be renewed so you never lose your chat history or saved data.

Important Renewal Schedule: All monthly store subscriptions renew every month on the 20th date, regardless of when you make your initial purchase during the month. Renewal Date: 19th every month. Please complete your payment by the 18th to continue your subscription without interruption (20th is our payment date to renew the full enterprise account for all accounts).
